Vanclaro provides AI agent solutions for voice and chat interactions, knowledge base integration, and workflow automation. Services are provided as-is and may evolve over time.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining the security of your account, and complying with applicable laws when using our services.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal activities, to harm others, to transmit malicious code, or in ways that violate third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Vanclaro retains ownership of its platform, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content and data, granting us permission to process it to provide services.
Fees and payment
Pricing is agreed upon based on scope and outlined in separate agreements. Fees may change with notice. Payment terms are specified in contracts.
Limitation of liability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, data handling follows agreed procedures and privacy policy terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
